Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in in-person and phone conversations to listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and maintain appropriate documentation; assist with teller line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is most important.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
