Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a service tow truck/flat bed safely and legally in compliance with safety regulations.
  • •Transport Lucid vehicles between local Lucid locations and customer homes; occasional travel outside the immediate geography may be necessary.
  • •Safely operate motor vehicles on and off Lucid premises for pickup, delivery, and transport in support of service activities.
  • •Complete daily truck inspections and follow standard operating procedures; keep trucks clean and perform periodic maintenance.
  • •Assist the service department as needed (e.g., wash vehicles, tire changes, move and stage vehicles) and perform other administrative/service support functions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of current tow truck driving experience (flatbed experience preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (drivers under 21 must have 3 years of maintained license).
  • •Ability to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and leave proprietary DMS software.
  • •Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
  • •Successful completion of a drug test and background check (including motor vehicle records) where permitted by law.
