Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and continuous evolution of the global Wholesale design and technical development framework aligned to brand strategy and commercial priorities.
  • •Develop and refine Wholesale concepts, fixture solutions, and branded environments; translate consumer insights and market trends into future-ready solutions.
  • •Integrate design and engineering throughout development to ensure concepts are executable, durable, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • •Create comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, standards, drawings, and implementation guidelines for global consistency and supplier alignment.
  • •Oversee development, prototyping, testing, validation, and market rollout support; manage cross-functional and external partners to drive implementation success.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in architecture, interior design, industrial design, product design, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years’ experience in retail, wholesale, design development, engineering, or branded environments.
  • •Proven experience leading concept development through engineering, implementation, and market execution.
  • •Experience across multiple international markets and managing diverse stakeholder groups in a global organization.
  • •Advanced 2D/3D design skills (e.g., SketchUp, VectorWorks, Rhino, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) plus strong project management skills.
