Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and continuous evolution of the Global Wholesale Design & Development framework aligned to brand strategy, commercial priorities, and consumer expectations
•Drive improvement of wholesale environments and fixture systems, establishing scalable design and engineering standards for global implementation
•Integrate design and engineering throughout development to ensure concepts are executable, durable, scalable, and commercially viable
•Create technical documentation and specifications including fixture systems, material standards, lighting principles, digital integrations, and implementation guidelines
•Oversee design development and prototyping (testing/validation), and manage cross-functional collaboration and external partners to deliver market implementation and quality assurance

Key Requirements

•Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related discipline
•8+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, design development, engineering, branded environments, or related fields
•Proven experience leading concept development from strategy and design through engineering, implementation, and market execution
•Experience working across multiple international markets and managing diverse stakeholder groups within a global organization
•Strong track record in design innovation, technical development, and scalable retail/wholesale delivery
