Job Summary

Coordinate construction projects across client facilities on behalf of the Project Manager, ensuring work meets approved baselines for quality, schedule, and budget. Monitor subcontractor/contractor performance, oversee key project documents (daily reports, execution, HSE, QA/QC plans), and track project performance versus time and budget constraints. Manage resources and plan job delivery, communicate results to the project team, and support change management to address operational shortcomings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Project Manager as the company representative with selected subcontractors during project execution.
•Monitor contractor performance on site for schedule and conformance to plans and specifications.
•Support daily reporting and oversee preparation/implementation of execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC documentation.
•Track and evaluate project performance against time and budgetary constraints, ensuring project goals are met or exceeded.
•Plan and coordinate resources for each job to deliver on time and within budget, and manage changes in processes to address shortcomings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Civil Engineering.
•More than 3 years’ experience in construction roles for important projects in the UAE as part of a main contractor team.
•Preferably experience in an airport environment.
•Ability to support project execution with subcontractors and supervise contractor performance on site.
•Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and project performance monitoring against time and budget constraints.
