Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a 24x7 work environment for incident and problem management across network infrastructure and software.
  • •Lead assessment, diagnosis, and resolution of high-priority incidents, running and coordinating priority situations.
  • •Administer and automate tasks within a network management architecture using tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk.
  • •Diagnose issues across operating systems, hardware, networks, and related software across compute, virtualization, and multi-cloud environments.
  • •Partner with delivery teams within Customer Experience, Cisco IQ, and partners to coordinate incident response and drive business outcomes.
