•Conduct customer interviews with stakeholder teams to validate problem areas and prioritize effectively.
•Differentiate feature requests from problems to be solved, and say “No” to work that doesn’t solve validated problems.
•Ruthlessly prioritize the backlog using data, writing clear user stories with success criteria.
•Serve as the primary translator between leadership, internal customers, and engineering teams; communicate progress via demos, reviews, presentations, and writeups.
•Partner with tech leads and tool vendors to expand platform tools and deliver measurable outcomes (time-to-value, adoption, and business impact).
