Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms, managing enrollment, configurations, patching, and compliance policies.
  • •Administer Okta (or equivalent) for SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows integrated with HRIS and SaaS apps.
  • •Support corporate cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS/Azure), including VPN, network segmentation, and secure remote access tooling; create infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
  • •Support SOC 2, FedRAMP, or CMMC compliance initiatives by maintaining evidence and documentation (e.g., Vanta) and implementing remediation for audit findings.
  • •Build IT workflow automation and maintain SOPs/runbooks using Python, Cloud Functions, or workflow tools, collaborating with Engineering, Security, and HR.

Key Requirements
