Sanitation Supervisor - 3rd Shift - Amherst, OH

Direct and supervise sanitation of plant equipment and facilities to meet food safety requirements and FDA/customer quality standards. Maintain sanitation quality and department efficiencies, ensure employees follow company policies, GMPs, and food safety specifications, and manage the Master Sanitation Schedule. Lead and train sanitation staff, coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance on sanitation issues, and drive process improvements with management and chemical suppliers.
