Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • •Manage the quality function by providing direction to quality engineers, quality control supervisors, and inspectors, and setting annual goals and feedback.
  • •Plan and execute quality assurance audits, investigate quality issues, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead ISO processes and continuous improvement and quality assurance projects, including cross-functional program leadership.
  • •Control measuring equipment related to product quality, monitor quality objectives, and produce quality analysis/performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •5+ years manufacturing and engineering (or related) experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • •Certified Quality Engineer (or ASQ affiliation) or other related certifications preferred.
  • •Sound engineering and people-leading skills, including experience with project and program management (including with 3rd parties).
  • •Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, or related experience preferred.
