Job Summary

Own the end-to-end POS channel strategy across Pandora markets, managing the commercial relationship, certification model, partner performance, and channel growth. Serve as the regional commercial owner and the internal product voice by translating aggregator and restaurant feedback into structured product requirements with DH Central. Establish the function’s operating model, KPIs, OKRs, and governance rhythm, while overseeing enablement and support orchestration and driving integration quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end POS channel strategy across Pandora markets, including commercial relationship, certification model, partner performance, and channel growth.
•Directly manage and develop two ICs, setting priorities and building the team’s operating muscle as the function scales.
•Provide dotted-line oversight of local Channel Managers and act as the functional escalation point for cross-market decisions.
•Establish collaboration platforms with POS aggregators to translate market feedback and integration pain points into structured product requirements.
•Drive commercial outcomes via the POS aggregator network and track integration quality metrics (e.g., vendor fail rate, menu sync accuracy) alongside governance and enablement activities.

Key Requirements

•6–9 years in partnerships, channel management, or commercial roles in a tech, SaaS, or food-tech environment.
•Proven track record of owning a cross-market commercial programme or building a new function.
•Comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial and product, able to write structured product requirements and translate technical constraints into commercial decisions.
•Strong stakeholder management across internal (commercial, product, tech) and external (POS and middleware partners) audiences.
•Hands-on understanding of API-based integrations and POS/middleware ecosystems to review integration specs and identify quality issues.
