Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage storage and distribution of aviation parts and supplies
  • •Coordinate timely delivery of materials to maintenance teams and track high-value/time-critical parts
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy, including crediting unused issued parts back to stock and returning items to main stores
  • •Ensure logistics documentation and activities comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies, including traceability of parts/tools
  • •Arrange inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate customs clearance with agents/forwarders, and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field
  • •4+ years of experience, including 2 years in aviation
  • •Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage
  • •IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training is an advantage
  • •Strong organizational/time management skills with knowledge of customs clearance and ability to deliver against KPIs
