Build and foster trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. •Assess customer banking needs by obtaining and processing customer and account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital products/services, and educate clients on available options.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers and processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
•Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications; partner with branch team members to best serve clients.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum four to five years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

•Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
