Own supplier technical activities for plasma spray coating requirements: partner with New Product Development and New Product Introduction teams to clarify engineering drawing specs, evaluate suppliers, and drive design-for-manufacturability. Conduct supplier technical audits, assess supplier performance and capability, and lead quality problem resolution with root-cause and corrective actions.
