Automotive Quality Line Lead

Supervise teams in an automotive Inspection Center to drive production targets while maintaining Carvana’s quality standards. Manage the flow of vehicles for repair, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and ensure first-time repair completion using Quality Control standards. Coach associates on performance, resolve conflicts, monitor adherence to policies and procedures, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
