Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of Emiratisation talent sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire UAE National talent across Majid Al Futtaim’s businesses. Own talent mapping and market intelligence, build proactive talent pipelines through government, network, university, social and employer-brand channels, and drive sourcing performance using KPIs, SLAs, and data analytics. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and Emiratisation regulations while enhancing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and hiring objectives.
•Lead talent mapping and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-potential UAE National talent.
•Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines via government partnerships, professional networks, universities, social platforms, employer branding, and technology-enabled tools.
•Monitor recruitment metrics, manage sourcing SLAs, optimize sourcing effectiveness, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
•Ensure compliance with employment laws, Emiratisation regulations, and internal recruitment policies across sourcing activities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of talent sourcing experience with deep knowledge of UAE National talent markets and Emiratisation programs, sourcing technologies, and recruitment best practices.
•Strong leadership and team management capability to coach and develop sourcing teams and build partnerships with business and HR stakeholders.
•Advanced sourcing tools and market intelligence experience, including ATS platforms and talent mapping methodologies.
•Ability to drive performance against sourcing KPIs (e.g., Emiratisation targets, conversion/offer acceptance) and ensure compliance with MOHRE requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, plus advanced sourcing or talent management certifications.
