Guest Service Agent

Provide warm, professional guest service at a hotel, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to ongoing support throughout each stay. You’ll handle guest enquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels, process reservations and special requests using property management systems, and resolve issues promptly while sharing local recommendations. This part-time role includes rotating shifts (7:00am–11:00pm), weekend availability, and occasional ad hoc caretaking.
