Job Summary

Drive large-scale business, digital, and operational transformation programs for leading insurance organizations within the Employee Benefits domain. You’ll facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps, and develop target operating models. Partner with delivery teams to execute from design through implementation, including governance frameworks, PMO structures, and executive decision materials across Employee Benefits, Group Life Insurance, and Protection products.

•Prepare executive presentations and strategic decision-making materials while collaborating with business and delivery teams.
