Key Responsibilities

•Partner with risk managers, quants, traders, and technology teams to implement technology solutions for risk management.
•Act as a central point of contact and manage development and drive adoption of risk technologies within Asia region.
•Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native development (AWS, Kubernetes, AirFlow, Snowflake).
•Ensure systems meet high standards of security, scalability, and performance, particularly in handling sensitive financial data.
•Oversee the delivery of projects aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, FRTB, CCAR).

Key Requirements

•7+ years of project or product management experience within financial technology domain
•Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
•Proficiency in Agile development process
•Software development experience in large scale application, ideally focused on financial risk technologies
•Bilingual in Japanese and English
