Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the highest standard of customer service for Emirates customers.
  • •Actively issue online tickets and sell related products by identifying customer needs and sales opportunities.
  • •Highlight relevant travel requirements (e.g., passport, visa, health) and journey details such as check-in place and time.
  • •Enhance revenue by offering options across products and services like Skywards membership, hotel bookings, and upgraded fares.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to at least GCSE or O Level standard (or equivalent).
  • •2+ years in a contact centre or reservations office environment in the airline or travel industry, or completion of a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism.
  • •Must be able to live and work in Zambia.
  • •PC-based skills to operate Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail.
  • •Knowledge of airline ticket rules and regulations to meet customer requests and service requirements.
