Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and support SAP FICO sub-modules under guidance of a senior team member.
  • •Participate in FICO configuration activities and project deliverables such as functional requirements and design documents.
  • •Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout project work.
  • •Participate in system testing, including creating test scenarios, validating test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • •Identify and document issues, drive resolution across design, testing, and stabilization, and provide first-line support during hyper-care periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • •4–6 years as an SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation (project preparation to go-live) plus rollout/support projects.
  • •Deep understanding of business processes and FI/AR-focused domain knowledge, including FI-SD integration and controlling.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP transformation phases: requirements gathering/fit-gap, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization.
  • •Experience with interfaces and custom reports/custom functionalities; E-Invoicing and FSCM are a plus.
