Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead analysis, design, and delivery of individual financial solutions across SMBC offices in EMEA
  • •Collaborate with ITSD business analysts, JRIE and ITSD developers to implement required solutions across EMEA and the US
  • •Manage stakeholders across Finance and other process owners to align requirements and delivery
  • •Gather, analyze, document, and convert business requirements into system specifications
  • •Provide troubleshooting, including resolving business and systems issues and supporting code/system implementation
