Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement quality management system at site in line with the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures, supporting the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer.
  • •Prepare and monitor Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), test reports, and inspection submissions for consultants, ensuring correct coverage of all construction activities.
  • •Inspect incoming materials against project specifications and approved submittals; raise NCR to suppliers for substandard materials and maintain inspection records in monthly quality reports.
  • •Establish and monitor control of QA/QC Plans, Method Statements, and Test Plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements and client expectations.
  • •Support document control procedures and maintain records of inspections and test results (including steel availability with mill certificates), while participating in HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant working experience, with GCC experience as a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality standards and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of work standards/specifications and quality systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or relevant lead auditor/ASQC certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent; CQM/CQE) plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
