Job Summary

Support the Massive Creator team in end-to-end lifecycle management for livestream creators on an e-commerce platform. Help onboard new livestreamers with structured learning initiatives, execute incubation plans for high-potential creators, and collaborate on creator tasks and campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. Monitor creator experiences, analyze drop-off points, and assist with performance tracking and post-mortem reporting alongside the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement learning and development initiatives to onboard newly acquired livestreamers and improve content quality.
•Strategize and execute an incubation plan to nurture high-potential creators, support long-term growth, and maximize retention.
•Create and optimize creator tasks and campaigns to drive engagement, boost conversions, and increase revenue opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier creators to align with platform goals and campaign priorities.
•Monitor livestream creator user experience, analyze drop-off points, and propose improvements; assist with performance tracking and post-mortems.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Familiarity with content platforms or digital media.

•Commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
