Senior Mining Engineer

Provide mining engineering support for the Kings Mountain Lithium Project across study phases, operational readiness, and execution, transitioning from the study team to mining operations as needed. Own strategic and tactical mine planning activities (pit optimization, mine design, drill & blast design, production scheduling, and trade-off analyses), support technical workstreams, perform risk assessments and scenario evaluations, and maintain mine engineering standards, budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and KPI-driven performance improvements.
