Key Responsibilities

•Ensure testability and manufacturability of ICs from feasibility through production ramp.
•Contribute to design, development and validation of testability circuits.
•Evaluate, develop and debug complex test methods and software to drive test equipment.
•Develop test validation and production test hardware solutions.
•Analyze component specifications versus performance to optimize yield and production capability.

Key Requirements

•Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics or Computer Engineering.
•Strong programming skill in C++ or Java.
•Good understanding of Radio technology, WiFi, Bluetooth, RF test methods and RF instruments; experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is an advantage.
•Experience in high-volume manufacturing RF testing.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
