Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements, delivering Entrust integration and implementation services packages.
  • •Guide customers through design, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities as a trusted technical advisor.
  • •Collaborate with customer engineering teams to review approaches, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • •Provide hands-on guidance for integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs, mobile SDKs, and web SDKs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, professional services, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and modern cloud-based SaaS architectures.
  • •Hands-on software development experience, including debugging mobile integrations with Kotlin/Swift using Android Studio and Xcode IDE.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues with customer engineering teams by analyzing logs and API traffic and guiding resolution.
  • •Experience leading enterprise implementations from onboarding through testing, deployment, and go-live while managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent engagements.
