Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily transactions and participate in regular audits.
  • •Manage preparation and distribution of scheduled periodic reports, analyzing data for accuracy.
  • •Perform month-end activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
  • •Establish and document accounting policies, procedures, and controls aligned with company targets, collaborating across departments to improve reporting.
  • •Compile and prepare financial data and management reports using Excel and business intelligence systems; manage deadlines and handle special requests and projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field plus 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and analytical tools).
  • •Solid understanding of accounting concepts, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, flexibility in fast-paced environments, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
