Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and implementation of EHS programs across Headquarters, R&D, Field Operations, and deployment activities.
  • •Partner with EHS leadership to build safety programs, procedures, training, inspection systems, risk assessments, and operational controls.
  • •Conduct field and site safety assessments, including JHAs and site-specific risk assessments, and recommend controls across engineering, administrative, PPE, and procedural measures.
  • •Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, property damage, and significant hazards; identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are tracked through closure.
  • •Develop and deliver EHS training; support contractor/vendor safety programs, maintain EHS documentation and records, and assist with audits, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of progressive EHS specialist-level experience.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA general-industry requirements and safety topics such as fall protection, ladder safety, PPE, Hazard Communication, electrical safety, LOTO, emergency preparedness, ergonomics, and incident investigation.
  • •Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • •Experience supporting field operations, construction, installations, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or facilities environments.
  • •Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical operational controls.
