Job Summary

Assist with installation, startup, testing, and retrieval of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in oil and water wells. Work under direct supervision to support downhole testing/troubleshooting, maintain field tools and equipment pools, and perform inspections and operational checks. Collaborate with field crews, service delivery teams, operations personnel, and customers on onshore and offshore locations while following HSE policies and completing accurate service documentation and field reports.

•Assist with the installation, startup, and pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment.
•Support downhole testing and troubleshooting to optimize well productivity and ESP performance.
•Maintain and manage field equipment, tools, and equipment pools to ensure operational readiness.
•Participate in field service activities at customer locations, including onshore and offshore sites.
•Follow HSE policies and procedures and prepare accurate field reports, service documentation, and operational records.

•Willingness and ability to travel frequently on domestic and international assignments, often at short notice.
