Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of governing documents and account agreements, and manage service requests for changes or transactions.
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues and provide updates to clients on steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • •Oversee action plans for client servicing events (account set-up/status, document requests, fee information) and ensure execution and follow-up.
  • •Engage internal Client Support Services and support trust advisors/administrators in account acceptance, discretionary request analysis, compliance management, annual reviews, and accurate documentation and systems updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials preferred.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardian, and advisory services and products.
  • •Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft) required.
