Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and prioritize the product roadmap for CI/CD infrastructure and SCM platforms in line with DevFlow’s strategy
  • •Build and maintain partnerships with engineering teams to ensure platform voice and feedback shape product direction
  • •Invest in platform capabilities with wide reach and impact, balancing tailored support when needed
  • •Translate infrastructure challenges into precise product requirements and measurable outcomes
  • •Partner with engineering, architecture, SRE, security, and cloud teams to deliver platform initiatives on time and within scope
  • •Drive platform health KPIs (uptime, throughput, runner availability, capacity utilization, license efficiency) using data to guide investment
  • •Coordinate across Cloud DevEx, TestFlow, BuildersHub, MKS, and BizOps for platform connectivity and interoperability
  • •Champion DevOps principles and propose sustainable approaches when needed
  • •Maintain a healthy backlog aligned with Mastercard’s backlog quality KPIs
  • •Communicate platform value, delivery progress, and risk to engineering and leadership

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling products
  • •Customer-first mindset with ability to synthesize patterns from many customer conversations
  • •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from source control to deployment
  • •Technical fluency in CI/CD infrastructure, including runner architectures, capacity planning, and high-availability patterns
