Lead the visual expression of the brand across content, campaigns, and digital experiences in a player-coach, player/mentor role. Own end-to-end creative direction and production for the Revenue team, translating strategic vision with the Fashion & Creative Director. Manage and mentor a small creative team, maintain a cohesive visual language across channels, and use modern design and asset-management workflows to deliver on-brand, on-time creative at a high standard.
