Job Summary

Lead implementation and oversight of occupational health & safety (BOZP) and environmental (ŽP) programs, supporting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with BOZP/ŽP standards within IWS, manage initiatives in industrial hygiene and workplace safety, and drive environmental and sustainability efforts. Coordinate fire protection strategy, train and coach internal teams, and conduct occasional work trips to support the fully automated distribution center.

•Very good English (minimum B2) and excellent Czech (native level).
