Key Responsibilities

•Greets customers entering the service area and directs them to the appropriate person or location
•Records customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, vehicle damage) and verifies appointment status
•Manages service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after write-up
•Drives vehicles safely within the lot and reports any damage to prevent losses
•Keeps a clean, safe service drive area and delivers keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor as needed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•Authorized to work in the USA
•Able to pass pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
•Ability to move vehicles and interact with customers in a professional manner
•Demonstrates safe driving and parking practices to maintain zero lot damage
•Pays attention to detail and maintains a clean, safe service drive area
