Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
  • •Review status of work completed during the period covered and ensure work is in general accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, bonds/insurance, and change orders.
  • •Prepare project status reports and recommend the release of construction funds; review schedules and documentation submitted by the Developer.
  • •Review contract drawings and specifications for completeness and general compliance with architectural/engineering best practices; coordinate with cost advisory and review documentation such as permits and certifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience focused on federally funded construction projects, with significant LPOE project experience of $100 million or more.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to forecast and prepare budgets; familiarity with financial terms and principles.
  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; licensure as a PE, RA, or CCM desired.
