Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to existing and potential customers and colleagues using tickets, live chat, and phone.
  • •Investigate, analyse, and troubleshoot functional issues; escalate to Developers when needed.
  • •Help customers with Odoo Business Apps and ensure timely, effective support to maintain satisfaction.
  • •Serve as an accounting expert for Finance & Accounting apps, including reconciliation, taxes, fiscal periods, and financial reports.
  • •Contribute to product improvement by enriching knowledge bases, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams.
