Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a senior or lead software engineer in a modern SaaS, MarTech, or data-driven environment.
  • •Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Framework); frontend experience with React and TypeScript is highly desirable.
  • •Proven track record mentoring engineers and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • •Experience leading in an agile, cloud-native environment using Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP/AWS.
  • •Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
