Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and lead origination of new business and execution of transactions for the ME Turkey and Africa department coverage team.
  • •Prepare and deliver pitchbooks, term sheets, info memos, and transaction overviews for management with profitability scenario understanding.
  • •Produce regular relationship updates and account plans and support credit applications for live transactions.
  • •Advise on and apply corporate credit and documentation knowledge across corporate finance theory, practice, documentation, and execution.
  • •Interface with front office, credit/loans admin/legal, capital markets teams, and external stakeholders to originate and support multiple new transactions each year.
