Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with internal and external engineers.
  • •Develop flight test and mission profiles, create test plans/cards, and manage test schedules.
  • •Establish working groups and conduct flight test readiness reviews, including pre- and post-test briefings.
  • •Conduct ground and flight tests per established plans and procedures, and support post-test data evaluation and issue resolution.
  • •Lead test team training and track training/currency qualifications; prepare and publish test summaries and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •7+ years of experience working on flight test programs, preferably as a flight test engineer, test conductor, and/or test director.
  • •7+ years of experience with the principles of flight test or direct experience supporting flight test operations.
  • •Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.
