Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects and, when needed, larger programs across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies. Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, driving delivery from concept through implementation, ensuring as-sold scope, baseline budget, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction. Manage scope control, change management, and documentation of risks/issues, while also supporting pre-sales scoping and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects and, for programs, manage multiple related projects toward a common objective.
•Interface with project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation, including handover to Operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction as a single point of contact, manage escalations, and maintain on-time delivery, quality criteria, and adherence to the baselined budget.
•Manage project/program delivery with rigorous scope control, change management, and clear documentation of risks and issues.
•Coordinate project team activities via task delegation and resource assignment, and provide pre-sales support to scope and cost proposals.

Key Requirements

•Advanced project/program management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and manage customer satisfaction and escalations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong team-building ability in high-pressure environments.
•Advanced understanding of the project/program life cycle and competency in project/program change management.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management; relevant certifications such as PMP (preferably required) and ITIL beneficial.
