Job Summary

Support the Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across Ticketmaster, Moshtix and Universe owned, earned, and paid channels. Help develop strategic marketing plans, curate content for key digital touchpoints, and provide performance reporting with recommendations. Create and manage EDMs, landing pages, and social content, maintain digital asset workflows, and deliver post-campaign insights to drive ticket sales and stronger engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide marketing services support with a core focus on driving ticket sales and assisting with major announcements or campaigns outside regular hours.
•Collaborate with the Marketing Services team to develop and implement marketing plans across digital channels.
•Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social platforms, including performance reporting, content creation, and strategic recommendations.
•Create and manage EDMs for presales, ticket offers, newsletters, and seasonal campaigns; maintain campaign landing pages and Ticketmaster NZ website scheduling.
•Deliver post-campaign and post-event reports by analyzing performance data, and maintain marketing content and digital asset workflows across Ticketmaster and Moshtix.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a Business-related discipline.
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build effective relationships.
•High PC literacy with experience across social platforms; exposure to HTML and database marketing is advantageous.
•Ability to manage time effectively to meet marketing deadlines in a pressured environment.
•Advanced digital literacy, including understanding digital advertising and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
