Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supplier relationship and third-party risk management activities across SR&RM policies, framework, and tooling.
  • •Help with supplier categorisation and coordinate risk identification and assessment content with stakeholders.
  • •Analyze assessment outcomes to identify key risks requiring remediation, and support monthly reporting and analysis.
  • •Manage supplier/TPRM mailbox notifications and escalations, and support tool/process maintenance including SaaS tools such as Coupa.
  • •Support operational risk activities (including data quality reviews), and assist client due diligence including questionnaires and documentation monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience relating to supplier management and/or supplier or third-party risk management discipline.
  • •Experience using supplier management tools, preferably Coupa.
  • •Foundational operational risk management knowledge.
  • •Good working knowledge of supplier management, ideally in an existing role.
  • •Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple areas and communicate complex activity clearly.
