Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, develop, and manage procurement activities to support plant production requirements.
  • •Manage purchase orders from placement through closure, including accuracy, acknowledgments, updates, and issue resolution.
  • •Execute order management activities such as pricing, delivery date management, PO tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • •Monitor supplier commitments and supply status, proactively address disruptions, and communicate recovery plans to stakeholders.
  • •Support supplier selection and procurement by issuing RFQs, reviewing quotations, negotiating pricing/terms, and managing SPIR requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in MRP Planning, Purchasing, and/or other supply chain areas in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP.
  • •Must reside within a 50 mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
  • •APICS CPIM or related supply chain professional certification (preferred).
