Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business and mass affluent growth strategies, including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Participate in civic, government, professional, business, community affairs and associations to prospect and develop new business.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, Code of Ethics, and required training.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including NMLS background check).
