Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, document, test, and deploy standardized integration solutions using automation and middleware tools; integrate Zendesk products with third-party SaaS systems and data platforms.
•Develop unit tests, conduct system integration testing, and support UAT to validate solutions prior to deployment.
•Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within a 2-week Agile Scrum sprint.
•Explore and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
•Collaborate with developers, IT owners, solution architects, and analysts; document designs and status updates.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in backend or integration engineering, designing and developing scalable microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based solutions.
•Advanced proficiency in Java; experience with Node.js or Python is a plus.
•Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs, middleware, and event-driven microservices architectures with asynchronous messaging.
•Fluency with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, SAM) or equivalent with Azure or GCP.
•Expertise integrating SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa) and ensuring data flow across distributed systems.
