Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Finance and Engineering teams on corporate transactions and strategic investments by owning all legal aspects of such transactions, including legal diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and integration planning
  • •Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists
  • •Manage the company’s and its subsidiaries’ corporate legal affairs domestically and internationally
  • •Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements
  • •Collaborate with the company’s stock administration team on employee stock plan documents, award agreements, and related communications
