Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate and timely client invoices, fees and rechargeable costs, and send invoices to clients as soon as possible
  • •Ensure invoices are authorized by engagement teams and meet client requirements
  • •Reconcile client purchase orders to invoices and reconcile rechargeable costs billed in advance or unbilled
  • •Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to the Senior Revenue Accountant
  • •Manage debtors to obtain receipts promptly and assist with cash receipt queries with the AP team

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year’s experience in a Revenue Accounting role
  • •Prior experience in professional services businesses preferred
  • •Experience working in a finance team (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
  • •Timesheet accounting experience highly desirable
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (ACCA, AAT, CIMA) preferred
