Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging connections and networking to generate new client relationships.
•Present customized risk solutions and strategic plans to meet client needs through collaboration with internal experts.
•Expand consultative reach by advising prospects across Aon’s solutions and leveraging data/analytics insights.
•Support portfolio management for a set of prospects and help drive client success and retention.
•Navigate a sales process to achieve production incentives and align with company incentive plans.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
•5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products and/or services.
•Current Life and Health and/or P&C license(s) or willingness to obtain them.
•Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process.
•Strong network-building, relationship management and consultative selling skills.
