Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and subject matter experts to write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories/features that support compliant solutions while balancing investment and business value.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog for one or more Agile teams, ensuring stories include acceptance criteria and are consumable and testable.
  • •Represent the business perspective with one or more delivery teams throughout the product delivery cycle and release in alignment with roadmaps.
  • •Define and document business processes, measures, and risks/controls with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to support improvement areas.
  • •Coach and mentor other Product Owners while identifying and monitoring risks associated with business activities in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or directly related business operations/product line.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
  • •Advanced knowledge of technical software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
  • •Proficiency using Jira for backlog management, feature/story creation, and workflow tracking.
