Senior Account Representative - Risk Solutions

Serve as a senior client-facing representative for Risk Solutions, partnering with insurance carriers, business partners, and internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver the right solutions. Manage end-to-end service flow between customers and insurance companies, use their systems to support cases, prepare reports, and create timely resolutions. Handle policy/endorsement renewals and new entries while tracking processes on both sides.
